We are working with a recognised Financial Services business who are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team on a 9 month FTC. The salary for this role is between £28,000 and £32,000.
Sitting within the HR team in Guildford, your duties will include: ·Uploading vacancies on to the ATS and posting on Social Media ·Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to prepare job adverts ·Sourcing direct applications and talent pipeline into the group ·Creating and formatting job descriptions ·Conducting agency briefings, either face to face or on the phone ·Managing candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process ·Scheduling interviews and managing outlook calendars ·Preparing and conducting first day inductions for new starters ·Collating references, credit checks and DBS checks ·Preparing monthly recruitment reports
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on recruitment and resourcing.
A meticulous eye for detail is required, as well as the ability to organise your own workload. Excellent communication skills are essential.
