We are currently working on a fantastic Reconciliations Assistant opportunity based in Haywards Heath on a 9 month contract basis. This is a great chance for a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail!
You will provide clients and colleagues with time focused and high quality reconciliation reports and calculations
* Aged debt analysis from clients and reconcile with company records * Calculate and process retention's and advise clients with findings * Provide receipt of Stock Reports from clients * Establish and maintain relationships with * Advise Client Managers/Portfolio Managers of any anomalies or risk identified * Administer prepayments to Clients in line with approvals and procedures from receipt * Accurate and timely analysis of reconciliations and Stock
The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within a fast paced finance department and gained strong reconciliations skills. This role will suit number focused individuals with a keen eye for detail and someone who is target driven
