The Role * Liaising with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, and letter. * Responding to all customer queries as promptly as possible. * Securing payment of monies due from Client's customers * Setting up and amending direct debits and processing card payments * Processing of partial early settlements and full settlements * Liaison with all other departments within the business
The Person The ideal candidate will be a friendly, empathetic individual to deal with a more mature client base, an individual who has a patience and friendly approach who can build excellent rapport through having a conversation with a client with the outcome of taking payment.
