Senior Legal Contracts Manager


Currently seeking a Senior Legal Contracts Manager to review, draft, negotiate and administer contracts on behalf of our client a leading Clinical Services company.

Reporting directly to the Director of Contracts you will shall be required to assist with designing and implementing policies and procedures to effect the timely and accurate completion of customer and supplier contracts, including start-up agreements (letters of intent), confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, statements of work (work orders), indemnification agreements, purchase orders, supply agreements and services agreements. Additionally you shall be required to perform risk assessment of proposed contractual terms and conditions and assist with the training of business personnel on contracting policies and procedures.

Candidates must have a Degree with previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Contracts Specialist with previous exposure to reviewing, revising and negotiating EMEA commercial and supplier contracts. Ideal candidates will also experience with clinical trial processes and be able to speak fluent German.

Our client is a diverse and dynamic international organisation who offer a competitive benefits package and a base salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
