Have you got at least 2 years office administration experience looking for a new role in West-Sussex? Do you have experience of working in a regulated environment? Are you ambitious, driven and confident of working in a fast paced, engaging environment and looking for a new challenge? If so, then this is the role for you!

One of the fastest growing Wealth Management firms in the South East are currently seeking a Client Service Supervisor. You will be responsible for processing client new business applications, top ups and funding accurately and in a timely manner and per agreed service levels. You will also have to be proactive in assisting and resolving client enquiries and issues, adhering to relevant timescales and processing guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience of administration within financial services, or if not already have a background of working within a wealth management firm. Excellent customer service skills are also paramount. Plus, you will need to possess a basic understanding of the financial services industry regulations and current legislation, as well as being ambitious with a drive to succeed and progress with your career.
