Do you have experience within a hands-on HR role?

Are you looking for a position where you can get involved with project work that includes restructures and TUPE issues?

Alexander Lloyd are working with a large organisation based in Horsham who are looking for an HR Officer to join their team on a 6 month FTC. The salary for this role will be up to £25k.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
·Providing a high level of support for HR Business Partners
·Employment policy development, maintenance and implementation in line with HR best practice and legislation.
·Providing HR support to Managers for employee relations and performance management meetings
·Guiding managers on application of policy and procedures including all Employee Relations issues
·Provide comprehensive HR support and assistance in the delivery of HR projects including TUPE, organisational development, change management and HR activity; administration, policy queries, attendance management, employee relations, recruitment and training.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 qualified and be able to analyse and produce HR data.

Experience working on project roles within HR will be beneficial.
