Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working with a well-known growing organisation based in Worthing who are actively seeking a HR Administration to join their team on a part time . You will be supporting the HR Operation Director as well as ensuring company success through HR management.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Prepare and process personal activities reports such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance reviews. * Support the recruiting managers by assisting in the full life cycle from updating of the database to arrangement of interviews. * Implementation and expansion of company HR policies and initiatives. * Management of employee relations including grievances, complaints and absences. * Provide generalist HR administration across all processes within the business.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a HR focused role. * Knowledge of HR systems and databases * Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage * Strong attention to detail * Advance user of full Microsoft Suite
