Main responsibilities will include: ·Building powerful partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, employees and key stakeholders ·Providing a professional approach to advisory and administrative services ·Supporting the HR shared services senior in multiple HR process areas and advising on policy/ service impacts of proposed process changes ·Working closely with HR shared service seniors to resolve cases ·Analyse case load individually and across the team ·Advise on HR policies and procedures
