Alexander Lloyd have a fantastic opportunity to work for well known global organisation based in Central London They are actively seeking HR Analyst to join their team initially on a 6 month contract. You will need to be a proficient user of excel and have previous experience of working within a large organisation.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Working closely with multiple business functions.
* Management of forecast and strategic plans
* HR Analyst insights: Reward analytic, organisational effectiveness, Headcount and Talent insights.
* Working with international HR teams and key stakeholders whilst ensuring your reporting is up to date and accurate.

Experience/Skills:

* Must be proficient user of Excel
* Ability to work with key stakeholders
* Understanding of SQL/database query
* Technically Strong
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
