Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting this Environmental Services organisation exclusively on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a permanent basis.
This a great opportunity to take over the reins and develop the HR function and shape the future of HR.
Leading a small team of 2 you will be responsible for the full HR function. This includes a good mix of operational and strategic HR duties.
This is a full HR Generalist role and you will need to be willing to role your sleeves up and get stuck in. Not a heavy ER role but good knowledge in this area will be required.
This organisation has a mix of Blue/White collar employees so you must be able and willing to support on both sides.
You will have/need-
* Experience in an HR Manager role previously with management experience
* A full HR Generalist background
* Strong mix of Operational and Strategic HR Duties
* Excellent Stakeholder Management
* Project Management
* Creative with excellent attention to detail
* CIPD Qualified (Ideally level 5 and above)
This role is offered on a fully remote basis with possibly some travel as and when needed but very rarely.
The salary on offer is between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
