HR Manager - paying up to £53,000

I am looking to speak with any immediately available HR Managers who have experience of working within a financial services organisation. My client have an exciting opening within their HR function to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager.

Please do get in touch if you meet the below criteria;

* Strong HR Generalist
* Experience of working with the HR system Cascade (highly desirable)
* Can work with HR data to pull together reports regarding performance, absence and staff turnover
* The ability to provide advice on HR issues in relation to the Employee handbook
* Overseeing the full recruitment process
* Providing coaching to more junior HR team members
* Experience of managing payroll data input
