Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a truly global business based in Crawley, RH10 1AB as they look to appoint an HR Shared Services Manager on a fixed term contract basis of 6 months.
The responsibilities of this role are as such:
* Ensuring the business delivers on all employee experience administration through the shared services model * Ensure the business sticks to the HR and organisational wide policies and procedures for performance management * Maintain the companies policies & procedure manual, mitigating business risks * Managing a large team, supporting, coaching & developing * Day to day operational management responsibilities, delivering HR services
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong shared services model experience, excellent when it comes to policies & procedures and lastly an effective communicator to work with other HR & Business Leaders.
A large company background is preferred.
Salary will be between £45,000-£50,000 pro rata for the 6 months.
