Our client, a large global organisation is seeking an HR Shared Services Manager to run a small team as a result of restructure:

Manage a shared service team in the delivery of all people related matters, including but not limited to, the production of key employee communications, on-boarding of new joiners, management of the HR Information System and management of all HR records.
Seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes, monitor legislative updates to ensure the Business remains legally compliant at all times and embed a cycle of continuous improvement. Monitor both the internal and external market to identify upcoming changes or events that may impact on our people, developing and leveraging solutions to create a best in class function.
Manage projects and programmes across the wider HR Function as required as well as monitor and seek opportunities to optimise the efficiency and performance of the HR teams.
The international nature of the Business requires an understanding and sensitivity of the cultural diversity within which we operate and an ability to work with virtual teams.

The successful candidate is likely to come from a large, complex organisation of a global scale, and be able work as part of a wider management team in addition to providing leadership to the HR Shared Services function. Knowledge of HR processes and methodology is essential, as is proven ability in managing HR Information systems and payroll interfaces.
