Interim Financial Controller required for my client, a £30m T/O business based in East Surrey. My client is undergoing a period of change and as such requires an individual to manage a finance integration project in addition to the day to day running of the finance department. Key facets of the role are as follows: *Preparing monthly management accounts *Overseeing the preparation of the annual statutory accounts *Managing a finance integration project *Acting as finance business partner to the Managing Director
We are looking for an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant with demonstrable hands-on experience gained within an SME environment.
Experience of M&A, Integration or finance change is essential.
