My client, a financial services company based in Kent, are looking for a Training and Development consultant to join their team. This is a brand new permanent role in the team allowing the right candidate to gain experience in the entire process of learning and development from design to delivery.
Role Overview: ·Support the delivery of the Training and Competence programme ·Design and deliver soft skills training to line managers ·Conduct the training needs analysis of the company and make the relative amendments where necessary ·Design and delivery of regulated content from the FCA & PRA
Skills Desired: ·Knowledge of FCA rules, regulations and the handbook will be beneficial ·Experience in learning orientated workshops is essential ·Superb stakeholder management ·Experience in using a blended learning approach
