An excellent opportunity has arisen is to join an award-winning, growing Pensions administration firm in Kent - that specialises in providing Pensions administration and independent Trustee services to a range of corporate clients - who are currently looking to recruit a number of new staff join their busy teams on a permanent basis.

These roles are responsible for completing all aspects of Pensions administration; including retirement quotes, resolving queries from schemes members, ensuring payments are received accurately, and liaising with IFAs to promote the business' products and service to the public. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in a number of key, engaging projects on a regular basis, as well as being responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience of administering Pension schemes (Defined Benefits, Defined Contribution, SIPPs, SSASs or Corporate Pensions schemes) and possess excellent customer service skills, as well as being an accurate and effective communicator, ideally with a GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above. Alongside this, you will need to possess a basic understanding of Pension industry regulations and current legislation, and should be ambitious, driven and confident of working in a high pressured environment.
