One of the largest, most respected consulting and administration firms within the UK Pensions industry are now hiring a new Senior Pensions Manager to join their progressing, growing office on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day administration of a number of DB and DC schemes that the client manages; ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time, in line with the client's requirements. Alongside this, you will be responsible for resolving complaints and service delivery issues - relaying these to the Team Managers so that improvements can be made - as well as identifying improvements to administrative processes and resource planning for upcoming projects and new pieces of work. Meeting with clients directly - such as Board members and Trustees - will also be a regular aspect of this role!

To be successful with your application, it is essential that you have experience within a similar Pensions Manager or Service Delivery Manager role, whilst being able to demonstrate strong knowledge of DB and DC scheme rules and governance requirements. A background of team management is also important - so that you know how to get the best out of the staff working underneath you - and you should be a good communicator and be able to build lasting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
