A 3 months temporary Accounts Assistant position has become available for an SME business located in Leatherhead.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Processing purchase ledger invoices. * Dealing with and resolving all purchase ledger queries in a timely manner. * Cashiering and daily banking. * Credit Control - Chasing debtors via email and telephone, arranging payments plans. * Dealing with a resolving all credit control queries in a timely manner. * Any ad hoc duties as requested by manager.
The successful candidate will: * Have skills and experience in working within accounts. * Be available immediately. * Have excellent communication skills. * Poses the ability to work under pressure. * Be able to build lasting relationships with internal and external contacts.
