Key duties of this role will include: ·General HR administration ·Dealing with HR queries ·On boarding and off boarding ·Sickness and absence administration ·Managing the HR system and creating HR reports ·Minute taking during HR meetings ·Assisting with e-learning activities ·Booking training courses ·Ad hoc duties such as filing and covering the reception desk
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
