We are working with an award winning organisation who are looking for an HR Advisor on a 3 month FTC. This role will pay from £22,000 to E28,000.
Supporting the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: ·Providing advice and support on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management ·Undertaking proactive and reactive HR case work for a variety of issues including work performance, organisational change and sickness absence ·Supporting line mangers with Occupational Health Services
The ideal candidate will be available within 1 weeks' notice and have experience within a similar role.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop excellent working relationships within the organisation.
