As Graduate recruitment lead, you will work closely with the recruitment manager to target and attract the brightest stars from Graduate events and careers fairs. You will work very closely with the Learning and Development team to create and reinforce and solid pipeline of talented individuals to fulfill the early careers roles and become the stars of the future.
To be successful in application for this position, you will be an experienced graduate recruiter, with demonstrable ability to lead an end to end recruitment process for graduates including the design, planning and facilitation of assessment days.
