Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a Construction Giant's In-House Pensions department on the key hire of an Assistant Trustee Pensions Manager to join on a permanent basis.
The role will based from their Lancashire/Merseyside office on a hybrid working contract with 3 days per week expected in office.
You MUST had a Defined Benefit pensions background to be considered for this role, experience across DC would also be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing technical pensions support to the Trustee Pensions Manager
* Sign-off of the external papers
* Maintaining governance materials including: Annual business plan, risk management framework, business continuity plan, training log, document library, conflicts register, Chair's statement, implementation statement, SIP, VFM assessment, adviser appointment letters
* Assist in designing the communications strategy, generating ideas & drafting materials.
This could be an ideal step for somebody in a Team Lead/Manager/Associate Consultant role within a Consultancy looking for a different route!!!
