We are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to work on an on going assignment based in London with the head office being a just a short walk form St James park
Job role: You will be responsible for the management and delivery of all requirements flowing from the cash management team You will work as part of a knowledgeable and dynamic finance team reporting to the Finance Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for : ·Ensuring BACS files are collected ·Managing daily payment instructions ·Managing the daily investigation of un-reconciled items ·Managing customer queries directed to the finance team from other areas of the business ·Review and check of daily offers/completions ·Responsible for producing daily and weekly management reports on performance
The ideal candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running and have strong attention to detail.
Hourly rate £11-£12 for a 37.5 hour week.
