A commercial insurance broker is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team. Ideally with some experience of HR Management, a small part of your role will cover HR duties, including disciplinaries on occassion.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will assist with the ongoing compliance implementation and regulatory reporting and CASS calculations, as well as complaint handling and file audits.
You will assess training requirements and maintain training and professional development records for all employees, structuring and organising relevant training.
You will attend and maintain records of management and staff meetings and assist with other HR responsibilities including contracts, health and safety policy and handbooks.
