A growing and modern player within the Group Risk market who are going through a period of sustained success and growth are currently looking to add an Account Manager to their busy and London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking company who take great pride in the development of their own staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Consultants and you will be responsible for managing a large panel of clients, with the size of these clients ranging from small start up to medium corporate companies. These clients will already be set up on the system but with limited contact. You will need to service their needs in relation to their Group Risk schemes, answer any enquiries they have and also assist in the administration. A key part of this role will be developing the relationship with relatively new clients and renewing their services.

It is essential that you have worked in a similar role and have experience of working in a tele environment. The successful candidate can't be detered easily and needs to have a vast amount of knowledge and experience of working with relevant Group Risk products including Critical Illness, Income Protection and Life Assurance. You will need to be a very competent user of Microsoft, especially Excel as well as having good written and verbal communication skills. As a person you need to be willing to develop yourself personally and open to taking the relevant professional qualifications.
