JOB DETAILS

A recognised leader in the UK Employee Benefits Consultancy and Financial Planning industries is currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to one of their successful teams in their busy London office on a permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of various Employee Benefits schemes - including Group Pensions (GPPs), Income Protection, Life, Critical Illness and Private Medical Insurance products - which will specifically include:
* Setting up new business arrangements
* Maintaining accurate databases of client information
* Dealing with all administrative aspects for Joiners and Leavers
* Resolving queries from employees and employers
* Preparing and issuing monthly schedules

The successful candidate to this role should be a personable team player, with an accurate attention to detail and focus to resolve queries and help others accordingly. Candidates should be able to work in accordance to procedures, have excellent computer literacy and be educated to degree level. Experience within Employee Benefits is essential (including working with Group Personal Pensions and Group Risk products), and relevant industry qualifications (such as FPCs and the GR1) would also be preferred.

Alongside a competitive salary, 22 days holiday ( bank holidays; increasing after 3 years), annual bonus (dependent on company performance), DC Pension and Life, CI and IP schemes, and support towards further CII studies.
