If you have experience of supporting clients that use bespoke Employee Benefits software platforms and you're looking for an exciting new role in London - working for an international leader within the Employee Benefits consultancy market - then this is a fantastic role for you!

Within this expansive Client Services Manager role you will be working as a subject matter expert for all matters covering their award-winning Flexible Benefits schemes and bespoke software; delivering accurate, effective day-to-day client management in line with KPI targets, whilst also overseeing the performance of the team and resolving any escalated queries that come through from other internal teams and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, applicants will need to have proven experience of working in a similar Account Manager/Service Delivery role within the specialist Employee Benefits and/or Flexible Benefits industry - whilst specifically being able to:
* Produce work that it is accurate and within agreed time frames
* Ensure that work is right first time by following current procedures
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
* Ensure enquiries/requests are prioritised and resolved efficiently; ensuring departmental service levels are met.
* Treat all your customers fairly by fully understanding and practising the principles of the company's Customer Service brand
