Working within the Member Services team you will act as the first point of contact for all in bound enquiries from members, IFA's and external stakeholders. You will be provided with the relevant product and technical knowledge and your responsibilities will include dealing with scheme changes, setting up new schemes, providing quotations and liaising with the wider parts of the business.
