Key responsibilities for the Operations Finance Manager will include;
The allocation and supervision of the finance operations payments team To work closely with the underwriting and claims teams Ensuring all accounting transactions are correctly posted and authorised Supervise and record payments Production of management reports To work closely with the treasury function to ensure any shortfalls are highlighted, monitoring of the daily cash Multi-currency reconciliations
Essentially you will have worked within the insurance sector and have gained experience in a similar role particularly with exposure to multiple international payments. Demonstrable team management experience and the ability to guide and mentor a team are also key.
Our client offers a competitive benefits package and basic salary ranging between £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience.
