My client, a rapidly expanding private banking service, are looking to add a Senior Paraplanner to their successful team; on a permanent basis.

In this role the ideal candidate will be assisting the firm's IFAs in attracting, developing and retaining private client relationships to maximise assets and revenue growth by meeting clients' financial planning needs. You will also need to attend client meetings and undertake research on specific projects as they are a key part of this job, as well as helping maintain annual client review process by reviewing portfolios and writing review/suitability letters and updating the firm's databases.

The successful applicant with have more than 5 years experience in a Paraplanner role within the UK Wealth Management industry, with capability of mentoring junior members of staff; with the view for them to progress from Administrator to Paraplanner in the future. Key day-to-day skills you will also need include being a positive, friendly, success-driven person with a 'can do' attitude, as well as having strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability and motivation to learn new skills. Holding the DipPFS is ideal for this role, although not essential!
