NEWLY CREATED JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH GLOBAL ASSET BUSINESS LOCATED IN LONDON
This role sits within the investment and asset management teams as a Senior Analyst.
Salary £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus, benefits, hybrid working
Our client is offering a diverse and interesting role that will sit between the investment and asset teams with responsibility for your own portfolio but primarily be responsible for creating models based on information that has been sliced and diced into a consolidated format. and then presenting that information to internal and external parties.
This is an international role that will involve up to 25% travel to the US and potentially Europe.
* You will create and present models to senior management and stakeholders both locally and overseas. * Portfolio reporting and analytics * Review of financial reporting and capital expenditure * Prepare and present regular reporting * Support cash flow projects

* It is crucial that you have some understanding of how real estate works * Essential is prior experience of creating financial models in Excel * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Previous stakeholder exposure * European 2nd language would be an advantage * Must be prepared to travel
