We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to join a rapidly expanding global organisation based in East London. It is the perfect role for someone looking to develop their team management skills and to be part of the leadership team responsible for shaping the future department.
The team provides vital support to the 15,000 - 20,000 staff in their retail business unit, offering advice and guidance on all employee relation queries. Its a highly visible role acting as a true springboard to other internal opportunities across the business.
·Managing, coaching, developing and motivating the ER team, ensuring the quality of advice provided is optimal, cases are appropriately prioritised. ·Managing complex or high risk ER cases to resolution. For each case, identifying and addressing potential risks and ensuring the final decision takes into account commercial factors. ·Preparing and managing cases for tribunal claims, instructing and liaising with the appropriate representatives. ·Delivering a Business Partnering approach to stakeholders including: Senior Managers, Line Managers, Regional HR Business Partners, the HR Service Team, the legal team and Occupational Health Partners.
