A Financial Services organisation based in South West London are seeking a Head of People to report directly into the executive board.
You must be familiar with all aspects of Company business and understand and respect the business values so that you can give direction and leadership in the creation and delivery of the client's human resources vision, which in turn supports the overall company ethos, mission, strategy, annual goals and objectives.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the executive management team to manage effective deployment of resources within the business and the on-going recruitment, induction, deployment, development, motivation and retention of those resources;

As of May 2018 there are now 36 people working for the company, either employed or as an associate. All people will work closely with the Head of People and Practice Management but in particular you will head up the Operations Team, comprising of the IT & Operations Manager and Compliance Officer
