JOB DETAILS

A Leading entertainment operator are seeking a proactive HR Services Manager to join their High performing and proactive HR team for a 12 month interim assignment.

Reporting into the HR Director, the Successful candidate will Drive HR operational excellence by ensuring all HR administration, systems, processes and procedures are consistently managed and accurately delivered to the required standards and timelines

You will strive to increase the opportunities for commercial success by ensuring, company policies, incentive plans, reward, recognition and internal communication all support the creative of a high performing culture with an alignment of interests across the organisation.

This role will be perfect for a HR operational Manager who can motivate, engage and lead the HR Services team to ensure individual plans are delivered within pre-agreed timelines and budgets.



Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 12.5% Bonus £4860 Car allowance.

Type: 12 months Contract.

Start: ASAP
