I am seeking an immediately available HR Manager to join a Creative Media organisation based in central London on a 6 month contract to cover the remaining 6 months of a maternity cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR function and review policies to ensure they are reflective of the re-positioning of the organisation during a period of re-set and change.
Working in a fast paced environment, the HR Manager oversees and manages the provision of HR services. The HR manager is responsible for maintaining and updating policies, procedures, systems and processes in line with current legislation and ensuring the continued smooth running of the day-to-day HR functions within a continually changing business.
Overall purpose of role:
To increase the opportunities for organisational success by ensuring all internal structures, people processes, employee relations, reward, company policies and people development all support the creation of a high performing culture that is aligned to meeting our refocused purpose.
Key Deliverables for the period June 2018 - January 2019:
·Organisational structure review and processing of outcomes Recruitment and Selection Process/Onboarding ·ITF TUPE and integration ·Staff survey and employee engagement review ·Review and update to remuneration policy inclusive of salary benchmarking to support any salaries/bandings given ·Benefits review - inclusive specifically of sickness/absence policy ·Review of annual appraisal system
