An established engineering firm are seeking a enthusiastic and driven Learning and development advisor to join their HR team.
Working closely with the L&D Business partners this position requires someone to deliver an already established SES Learning and Development plan. The succesful candidate will be someone who is delivery focused and driven with a breadth of learning experience, this will include the ability to project manage, multiple tasks across a number of business areas, providing learning and development advice and to enhance business performance across the organisation to deliver successful outcomes.
The role will provide consultancy to SES on all learning and development activities, liaising with the Group L&D team to ensure interventions are aligned with Group learning, development and talent programmes. It may include (but is not limited to) advice on designing development activity, engaging and managing external suppliers, new starter induction, e-learning, supporting the SES Development Board, through to ensuring operation efficiency and value for money. It may also include other activities which support the SES Business strategy for 2018.
Length of contract: 6 months Start Date: Immediate Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 Location: London
