The People Development Business Partner will be responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing essential Learning, Development and Engagement business wide.
You will preferably come form a professional service background and support employees with their professional development, you will need to create and co create content independently applying adult learning theories.
* Facilitate social collaborative learning activities
* Use coaching & mentoring approaches in learning
* Provide feedback, as part of the 70:20:10 learning experience
* Identify improvements and provide solutions
* Deliver the firms core curriculum and our Pathway programmes
Salary on offer is up to £60,000 DOE Benefits. This role also has a fantastic Central London location
