Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new role for an Employee Benefits Business Development Manager to work within this highly successful Consultancy offering a range of EB and Pension products. Working alongside the Head of Employee Benefits you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients as well as strategically target and develop a range of new clients.
Main aspects of the role will include:
* Identify, secure and build excellent and sustainable new client partnerships into which we deliver strategic, impactful, and integrated solutions
* Build strong and productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Develop a full understanding of the firms proposition so you can easily recommend how these solutions solve client issues
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Sales Professional with impressive sales, business development, and commercial experience. You will be responsible for growing the business through winning new, profitable UK corporate clients. This role requires full management of the complex sales cycle, including all aspects of the sales process, from pre-sale through to presentation, close, contracting, and hand-over to the relationship team.
