JOB DETAILS

If you have experience of selling to and advising corporate clients - big or small - on the Employee Benefit schemes for their staff - covering Risk, Healthcare, Pensions and Flexible Benefits arrangements - and you're looking to working for a growing, award-winning broker in the Employee Benefits field then this is the ideal role for you!

This is a new position following a period of sustained growth for our client, and within the role you will be given autonomy and flexibility to make this a role a success as you see fit!

This role will lead the growth of a portfolio of corporate clients that are using this firm's Employee Benefits consulting/broking services. Experience in preparing and delivering new business pitches is essential for this role!

The position will be a rewarding role with lots of scope for progression within this reputable organisation. This role also includes Pension, PHI, a performance-related bonus, and up to 25 days holiday, alongside a host of other benefits (which you can tailor to your own personal requirements).
