Our client, a recognised leader within their sector, are looking to add a high calibre Procurement Officer to their FM team.
This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Provision of category pricing, tenders, and negotiations in collaboration with the Bids team - Support and implementation of frameworks as part of the bid process - Being the main liaison between Procurement and the Operations & Mobilisation team on new projects - Innovation with supply chain partners and building of new relationships - Negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors on the terms and conditions, rates, and services provided - Management of suppliers to ensure that commitments to price, quality, and service delivery are honoured - Ownership of 2-3 categories business-wide - Creation and delivery of category sourcing plans
Splitting your time between the London office and various sites around the UK, you will be able to demonstrate deep knowledge and experience of Supplier Relationship Management and Category Management.
