Exciting role for someone who is looking for developing their early Procurement career. This household brand is looking for an ambitious individual to support the Procurement Team with the general administrative duties including:
*Create contracts by inputting data into SAP as instructed by the buying team *Maintain training guides for Procurement Support Team newcomers. *Maintain upkeep of Non SAP contract spreadsheets *Monitor Central Procurement emails and act accordingly *Backing up contract documents onto Sharepoint *Track contract approvals *Create daily reports from downloaded SAP data *Carry out monthly audits on Sharepoint
You will also get involved in some project work, developing your procurement knowledge.
You should have 2 years experience of working in a Procurement or Accounts Payable Dept and have the following:
·Experience of SAP ·Experience of raising Purchase Orders ·Experience of training people ·Knowledge of procurement processes ·Able to write emails in a clear and succinct way ·Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel /Word/Powerpoint)
