UK Graduate Recruiter Technology Market - Fixed Term Contract 12 months, based London/Home
The Graduate Recruitment Team is responsible for developing and executing early years recruitment strategies and managing all Intern, Graduate and MBA recruitment across various lines of business. These strategies include enhancing the prospective and full-time student experiences in addition to partnering with Human Resources and line of business colleagues in order to acquire and retain the best early talent for the business.
You will be responsible for building and executing attraction plans to reach top Technology Intern/Graduate talent and will be responsible managing the recruitment and selection process for the Technology business area. Additionally, this person will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Career Services at target universities and the management of recruiting activities and events, as well as marketing the organisation on campus for these universities.
You will be a consultant and client manager for the technology internal business partners, responsible for building strong relationships with a focus on sourcing, attracting and building a early years technology talent pipeline. You will be responsible for analysing recruiting metrics and external data and creating new recruiting strategies based on this information. Additionally, working with the team the Recruiter will have responsibility for the Summer Internship Programme, both in planning and execution of various programme components.
Ideally a graduate, you will be an experienced Graduate Recruitment professional:
·Demonstrated Technology Campus recruitment experience ·Demonstrated experience in building and executing attraction plans to reach top Technology Intern/Graduate talent ·Demonstrated project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise accordingly ·Excellent organisational skills with experience of managing events
Some travel and flexibility required for evening events in peak recruiting season
