A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pension Administrator to join a well established in-house Pension team based in their Manchester office on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain some highly desirable in-house experience within a firm who can offer a extremely varied and exciting Administration position.

The main daily duties of the role will include, working with the operational Pensions team to ensure all member requests for quotations and information are dealt with in a timely manner, work with junior colleagues and check their work ensuring all responses are accurate and fulfil the members requests, assist with the administration of their Defined Benefit Pension scheme and liaise with the Team Leader and participate in any adhoc tasks.

This role will offer the right candidate a chance to see how a successful in-house Pensions team operates whilst also being given the opportunity to get involved in project and system work. You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with the Pension Manager and senior members of staff within the business.

The right candidate will have a thorough understanding of Defined Benefit Pension schemes and will be an advantage to be experienced on Defined Contribution schemes also. It is essential that you need to have a proven record of checking and authoring work including manual calculations.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to get their foot in the door with a highly successful In house firm and you will be provided with the opportunity to develop a full range of administration skills.
