A P2P Improvement Project Support Specialist is required to join our Global Engineering organisation on a 12 months fixed term contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Procurement Tools Manager, help develop and implement strategies to improve P2P process efficiency and effectiveness - including improvements in first time invoice matching * Work with Procurement, Finance/AP, IT and business teams to coordinate the design and documentation of P2P and policies, processes and procedures * Work with applicable functional and business stakeholders to coordinate the design and implementation of a new indirect procurement operating model improve the end to end P2P processes across Manufacturing, Service & Maintenance and Corporate Teams * Co-ordinate the communication of P2P policies, procedures and guidance to stakeholders though the intranet and other media/channels as applicable * Support and provide P2P training and guidance to business and functional teams as required * Support P2P data and reporting improvement activities as required * Develop and manage P2P project plans and reporting to track and monitor progress as required * Support Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and IT stakeholders to improve direct materials processes (as required)
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of SAP Procurement functionality for Direct and Indirect materials and services. Ideally you will have experience of P2P process and operating model design and implementation.Experience of managing process improvement projects and programmes would also be a distinct advantage.
