Our international and growing client now has a fantastic opportunity available working out of their Gatwick office.
We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join the Finance Team on a 3 month FTC with an immediate start.
This is a broad role, with the main duties including, but not limited to;
·Accurate inputting of payroll data ·Assisting in the checking of payroll data ·Liaise with HR/Rewards with regard to payroll data and employee queries ·Be fully conversant with P45's, Starter Declarations and Student Loans ·Calculate Maternity Pay, Shared Parental Pay, Paternity Pay and Sick pay ·Comfortable with 260 calculation method ·Enter court orders and ensure that these are calculated/deducted in line with legislation ·Process all new pensioners and their pay accordingly
Ideal candidates for this role will;
·Hold a professional payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP) ·Possess knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes ·Hold an in-depth knowledge of HMR regulations ·Strong Excel skills (Lookups, Formulae, Pivot Tables, etc.)
In return, the client is offering the chance to add a international employer to your CV, exposure to a hard working environment and a salary of £26,000 - £30,000.
