Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an AIM listed business in Redhill who are looking to bring in an experienced Payroll Manager on a 12 month FTC.

The ideal candidate will have previous team management and knowledge of Sage or ADP.

Key responsibilities include:

* Oversee the accurate payment of payroll transactions including; salaries, benefits, commissions, overtime, bonus, allowances, deductions, taxes and third party payments.
* Manage the monthly payroll processes of circa 800 employees
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
* Manage and develop a team of 3
* Responsible for payroll tax tasks including P45s, P60s, P11ds and HMRC reporting

Qualifications/Experience required:

* At least 5 years in a similar senior payroll position
* Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication with an eye for detail
* Strong Excel skills and experience of ADP or Sage is desirable
