Are you an experienced Pensions Administration Manager or Team Leader looking for a new role in Edinburgh? Do you have proven experience of managing a large team/department; ensuring that the Pensions administration work that they are producing is accurate and in line with SLAs? Are you ambitious, driven and confident of working in a fast-paced, engaging environment? If so, this is the ideal role for you!

Due to a period of extended growth, one of the market leaders within the UK Pensions industry - specialising in offering award-winning third party Pensions administration - are currently looking to recruit a proactive, success-drive, experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join their busy team on a permanent basis; overseeing the productivity of its teams of Pensions Administrators covering both DB and DC Pension schemes.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience of working within a similar Pensions Management/Leadership role - being able to demonstrate that you have led large teams and departments in the consistent high performance of a range of Pensions Administrators. In addition, you will need to have experience of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, with proven experience of operating within and contributing to a compliant framework. Previous line management experience is also required; such as completing training exercises, recruitment campaigns and appraisals.
