You will deliver Employee Benefit solutions to help their existing and new clients maximise employee engagement. You will provide a hands-on, personal service helping clients to design, implement and run their Employee Benefits programme. The quality of service and advice you provide will ensure that you generate new business while maintaining excellent long-term client relationships.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, applicants MUST be working in a similar role and have the following key competencies: * You are committed to delivering outstanding client care * You enjoy being out on the road generating new business contacts * You are comfortable networking * All round experience providing guidance and advice to employers on employee benefits. * Experience around risk benefits and healthcare * Experience with flexible benefits platforms
