As a member of this International Logistics and Procurement Division as Procurement Oficer you will play a key role in the procurement strategy across all regions.
Your reponsibilities wil include:
* Raising and processing Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes and Payment documents (to ready for payment stage), both offline and in the SAP system * Raising and processing requests for quotations, and researching new suppliers for new goods and services * Analysing quotations and making recommendations in a competitive bidding process * Running majority of a tender process from identifying business needs with key stakeholders through to award of contract * Creation of contracts in collaboration with Logistics & Procurement and Legal departments * Managing contract performance and compliance through life for short to long term contracts * Establishing and negotiating contract terms and conditions * Maintaining supplier relationships and managing supplier performance on key contracts * Research, analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data received in tendering processes to make recommendations for business decisions * Preparing and maintaining purchasing documents and filing to a high standard and sufficient for any future audit requirements or subsequent queries * Proactively maintaining and growing both supplier and contracts databases, anticipating new and emerging business needs * Transforming data into statistical graphs and visuals which is user friendly, easy to understand and includes dashboard style reporting * Supporting Global Procurement Manager with planned and un-planned projects and Procurement deliverables
Suitable candidates will have good all round procurement experience (across both indirect and direct), ideally on an International scale. Good knowledge of various ERP systems would be an advantage too.
