Alexander Lloyd are proud to partnering a leading Financial Services Organisation with the critical hire of a Procurement Manager on a permanent basis.

Based in Reading, this newly created position will report into the Head of Facilities Management & Procurement (FMP).

FMP are responsible for property strategy, office moves and refurbishment projects, management of the end-to-end procurement process and overseeing operational facilities management across all sites including H&S.

The main purpose of the role is to support the Head of Facilities Management & Procurement in all aspects of their role. This will include managing policies, practices, and initiatives. Ensuring these meet organisational needs, quality/audit standards, supporting managers and achieving value for money.

Within the generalist procurement role, you will gain exposure to a variety of categories from HR, FM to IT, Administration and Marketing procurement.

* Lead delivery of the end-to-end procurement process - approving new supplier requests, engaging with Compliance, Risk and Legal. Updating the Procurement Policy.
* Undertake a variety of day-to-day procurement activities - leading complex negotiations, contractual negotiations and identifying business development opportunities.
* FM - Office security, management, preventative maintenance, supplies, cleaning services and waste management liaising with third party suppliers where applicable.
* Working with Risk on managing the Third-Party Suppliers - managing the TPL

Salary - Up to £50K Bonus & Benefits

Location - Reading (Long term hybrid working model)
